Returns & Refunds Policy Custom Items

Thank you for shopping at Etchous. We pride ourselves on creating unique, personalized products specifically designed for you. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, which often involve your uploaded images and designs, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Our Custom Order Process:
Customer-Provided Images/Designs: When you upload images or provide design specifications, you are solely responsible for the quality, resolution, and suitability of the content for printing. We print what you provide.
Design Proof & Revisions: For all custom-designed items, upon receiving your order and uploaded image(s), we will create and send you an image-based design proof via email for your review. You are allowed up to two (2) rounds of revisions to this proof to ensure it meets your expectations.
Your Responsibility for Proof Review: It is your sole responsibility to carefully review this proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, proper placement of your uploaded image, desired cropping, overall aesthetic, colours, sizes, product specifications, and all design elements. This includes assessing if the quality of your uploaded image as it appears in the proof is acceptable to you.
Final Approval: Your explicit approval of the final design proof must be provided in writing via email. Production will only commence after we receive your final email approval of the design, confirming your acceptance of the final design and specifications, including the appearance of your uploaded image(s).
Conditions for "All Sales Final":
Personalized Products: This policy applies to all items that are custom-made, personalized, or modified specifically to your specifications or with your submitted content (e.g., names, dates, custom graphics, unique designs, and especially your uploaded images).
No Buyer's Remorse: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect selection (e.g., wrong size chosen by customer after approval), or minor colour variations that may occur between screen display and physical product.
Uploaded Image Quality: We are not responsible for the print quality of products resulting from customer-uploaded images that are low resolution, blurry, pixelated, or otherwise unsuitable for printing, where such quality was apparent and approved in the final design proof.
