​At Etchous, every item is made to order. We take pride in ensuring your personalized gift is engraved, inspected, and polished to perfection before it leaves our studio.

1. Processing Time (Production)

Because every piece is custom-engraved, please allow 1–5 business days for us to create your order. This is the time it takes to design, engrave, and pack your item before it is handed to the courier.

Note: During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s, Father’s Day), production times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.

2. UK Delivery Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your items. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

• Small Items: £3.95
  (e.g., Metal Bottle Openers, Keychains)

• Standard Delivery: £6.95
  (e.g., K9 Crystal, Slate, Wood, and heavier items)

• Orders Over £60: FREE DELIVERY

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times apply from the moment the item leaves our studio, not from the moment the order is placed.

3. Packaging & Breakages

We specialize in glass, K9 crystal, and slate. We use high-quality protective packaging to ensure your item arrives safely.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged:

1. Please take a photo of the broken item and the packaging immediately.

2. Email the photo to etch@etchous.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

3. We will send a replacement free of charge immediately.
